The blog "How to Go Global in Your Classroom",orginally started by Bob Lenz, can be found on the Edutopia website and discusses/promotes the use of available technologies to expand the educational experience for students through collaboration with students from other parts of the world.

Built and maintained by University of Texax at Tyler Professor Michael Eidenmuller, American Rhetoric is a bank of nearly every important speech from American History can be found here!

4. Site Resources: American Rhetoric is a great resource for any social studies teacher who wants to include primary sources within the class. The site offers speeches in text form, many in original recorded format, and some even in video format. This site also offers speeches from movies in video format, which can be used to help illustrate a historical point and invigorate students through a medium that they are familiar with.
